1 c. cashews, washed and soaked
2 Tbl yellow yeast
2 tsp light miso
pinch dill weed
1 Tbl onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 small bunch cilantro
1 tsp lemon juice
Rejuvilac or Water enough to blend to a thick creme
Put all ingredients into blender and whiz until very smooth and creamy adding water or Rejuvilac as necessary to make proper consistency.
This is a delicious and lovely sauce to serve over zucchini noodles, over toast, as a gravy, or thicken to use it as a dip.
