Alfredo Sauce

1 cup soaked macadamia nuts (soaked at least 2 hours)
1/2 cup pignoli nuts (
pine nuts) (soaked at least 2 hours)
1/4 cup cold pressed, first pressed
olive oil
pinch of Celtic sea salt
2 small cloves or 1 large clove garlic
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
extra pure water for sauce consistency

Here's a twist:

Add 1/4 cup of soaked (for 2 hours)
sun-dried tomatoes and blend. It makes an amazing tomato cream sauce.

* Michelle tried this recipe, and didn't have pine nuts, so I used 1 1/2 c. macadamia nuts and 1/8 c. walnuts. I had to keep adding salt and pepper and an additional clove to get the taste right, and kept adding water  to get the consistency like sauce. But it was YUMMY!!!!
