Angel Cake Smoothie

When I make recipes I don't measure, its just about creating as you go. So, just use your own judgment about the measurements....I had this while I was in Kauai, Hawaii

Meat from Young Coconut
Water from Young Coconut
Papaya chunks
Banana
Dates
Carrot Juice -a small amount
Small piece of ginger pressed to get juice- use garlic press
Macadamia Nuts -soaked

Blend until smooth, add more dates if you like it really sweet!
