1 1/2 cup of carrot pulp
1 1/2 cup of apple pulp
3/4 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of walnuts, soaked for 2 hours
1 cup of raisins, soaked for 2 hours
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1 Tbs. grated orange peel
Blend, put in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours.
You can decorate it with shredded coconut and apple slices.
It's sweet, tasty and easy to prepare.
