Chocolate Banana Crunch Ice Cream




2 frozen bananas (very ripe)
1 Tbl. carob powder
1/4 c. raisins
1/8 c. shredded coconut
1/8 c. sunflower seeds
1 Tbl. honey

Blend all of the ingredients in food processor until you get the consistency of frozen yogurt, you'll still have small chunks of seeds/raisins.
