Chocolate Torte




Crust 
61/2 oz fresh coconut or dry if not available 
4oz ground cashews 
1 banana

Filling 
10 oz black olives pitted and no dressing on 
14oz dates 
1oz carob powder 
1tbsp ground cinnamon 
1tbsp vanilla

To make crust, chop up coconut in a processor add ground cashews and process well and add banana so it sticks together..put in a pie dish.

For filling, process all ingredients until smooth and add on top of crust.

This makes an amazing chocolatey desert and it has to be tasted to be believed

This cake is rich and awesome almost liquorish!!!! and not full of nuts like most cakes..made it today and is as yummy as the last time i made it a year ago..- Jood
