Crust 
6 1/2 oz fresh coconut or dry if not available 
4 oz ground cashews 
1 banana

Filling 
10 oz black olives pitted and no dressing on 
14 oz dates 
1 oz carob powder 
1 tbsp ground
cinnamon 
1 tbsp vanilla

To make crust, chop up coconut in a processor add ground cashews and process well and add banana so it sticks together..put in a pie dish.

For filling, process all ingredients until smooth and add on top of crust.

This makes an amazing chocolatey dessert and it has to be tasted to be believed

***Comments: This cake is rich and awesome almost liquorish!!!! and not full of nuts like most cakes..made it today and is as yummy as the last time i made it a year ago.
