1 c. soaked sunflower seeds, almonds, or sesame seeds (3/4 c. before soaking) 1 1/2 cloves garlic, peeled 1/2 c. cilantro leaves 1 t. Celtic sea salt 3 T. lemon juice (about 1 lemon) or 1 1/2 t. Apple Cider Vinegar 1/8 c. flax, hemp or olive oil 1/2 t. cumin powder Thoroughly blend all ingredients with 1 cup water. Serve over a fresh green salad. This dressing may thicken in your refrigerator, so you may need to add more water later. It will keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
