Flax Seed Crackers
(Sourdough flavor)



Use "meal" left from making almond milk with 1 c. almonds.
Add 1 c. flax seed (soaked) pinch celtic sea salt.
Pinch celtic sea salt
1 tsp caraway seed (either whole or ground)

Mix and then smooth onto teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 110-115 degrees for 2 hours. May turn over on to regular mesh screen and deydrate more at lower temp if not crisp enough.
