Ginger Pear Compote

JUICE  2 cups' worth of apples and 3 oz. worth of ginger root.

ADD 4 teaspoons of psyllium powder to the juice, stir well and let sit for 20-30 minutes.

ADD 6-8 chopped up, peeled pears.

Place the compote in glass goblets and top with some dried fruits or nuts for added texture!  Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
