Hair-Building Salad Dressing




2 Tbl Poppy Seeds (soaked for 6 hours, drained) 
2 Tbl Pumpkin Seeds (soaked for 6 hours, drained) 
1 c. water 
1/2 c. parsley (chopped) 
1/2 Tbl Celtic Grey Mineral Sea Salt 
1 lemon

Arrange salad greens attractively on a serving platter. Blend all dressing ingredients from low to high, until smooth. An option is to add some of the salad greens to the dressing. Pour a "living river" of dressing across the center of the salad. If desired, garnish with parsley, celery leaves, sliced black radish, red bell peppers and sprinkle with unsoaked poppy & pumpkin seeds. Serves 4 - Enjoy
