1/2 cup Mung dal (split) soaked at least 4 hours
approximately the same amount ( half a cup) of finely chopped cucumber, tomato, cabbage, cauliflower, red, green and yellow peppers, carrots, celery, green apple and lettuce.  Total about 5 cups.  Add juice of about 1/4 lime, one tea spoon of turbinado sugar, salt and black pepper to taste
 
That day we had these things on hand but you can use whatever is available. You vary the vegetables so that you don't get bored and also get different nutrients.
 
Pretty easy!
