Maca's Mineral Balls

1 cup of raisins
2 cups of dried apricots, soaked for 4-24 hours
1/2 brown coconut (keep the water)
1 cup of brazil nuts
1/2 tsp of freshly grated ginger
1 tsp of dried mixed spice
2 dessert spoons maca
sesame seeds

Using a food processor, mix all ingredients except the sesame seeds together until they form a dough ball. If this doesn't happen, slowly pour some of the coconut water in until the ball forms.
Take the ball out of the processor and pull enough mixture off to make a ball about an inch and a half or 4cm big. Continue doing this until you have no mixture left. Roll the balls in the sesame seeds to coat them
