Nutty Chocolate Mousse Pie |

Pie Crust: 2 c. almonds, soaked overnight (mine were also dehydrated overnight) 5 pitted prunes 1/4 c. honey 2 Tbl. shredded, unsweetened coconut 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix in food processor, until chopped, well mixed, but still chunky. Press into glass pie dish. Dehydrate 12 hours at 105 degrees. Filling: 1/2 avocado 1 Tbl Tahini 2/3 c. almonds, soaked overnight (mine were also dehydrated overnight) 2 Tbl carob powder 2 Tbl honey 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 c. pure water Mix in food processor until well mixed, but still a little chunky. Pour into pie crust.
