2 c raisins
2/3 c pitted soft dates
2 T maple syrup or raw honey
2 T cold-pressed coconut butter or organic extra-virgin olive oil
1 T lemon zest
1 T cinnamon
2 t nutmeg
1 t allspice
pinch sun-dried sea salt
1/2 c chopped walnuts (optional)
