Parmesan Cheese


 

1/4 c. walnuts or pine nuts
parsley and Italian herbs to taste

Blend walnuts in food processor until you get the consistency of fine crumbles.

Stir in parsley and Italian herbs to taste

I put this "cheese" on my "spaghetti" and it's fabulous! It's also a good topping to salads.
