Pear's Pie

Crust
2 pears
vanilla pod
1 cup of almonds, soaked for 2 - 4 hrs
1 1/2 cup hazelnuts, soaked for 2 - 4 hrs to remove their peel
 
Ground almonds and hazelnuts 'till flour.
Blend pears and vanilla 'till cream.
Mix and dehydrate for 4 - 6 hrs.
 
Cream
1 1/2 cup of pinenuts,
2 - 3 pears,
1 Tbs. lemon juice,
3 or more Tbs. honey.
 
Blend. If necessary adjust with honey.
Put the cream in the crust.
Cover the sides of the torte with shredded hazelnuts and the top of it with shredded coconut and some pear slices.
