Randall's Tahini Salad Dressing




2 Tablespoons raw tahini
1 Tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice (about half a lemon)
1 Tablespoon each fresh dill sprigs and chives, finely chopped

Mash all with fork and add water to desired consistency (about 1 Tablespoon). Dresses one big salad.

"Sometimes I don't have dill or am craving more of a salty taste. In those cases, I use celtic sea salt and garlic. Also, I use this as a dip and leave it thicker by adding less water." - Rachel
