Raw Ice Cream

1 C cashews
3 C water
1/2 C honey
1 TBS vanilla
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp slippery elm powder (gives it a smooth texture)
1/3 C oil

Blend well, freeze somewhat, take out and whip, freeze somewhat again, whip again, put back in freezeer and freeze, when ready whip again.
