11 c. cracked bulgar wheat
3 3/4 c. Lemon Juice
4 1/4 c. water
4 c. olive oil
22 cloves garlic minced
1/4 c. Nama Shoyu
20 bunches of parsley (stems removed)

Mix, marinated 8 hrs, serve and enjoy.

(This recipe serves 40 people, obviously you can reduce the quantity for a smaller number of people.)
