Make
Rawcamole.
Make Sunflower Refried Beans.
Make Rawlsa.
Make Corn Tortillraw Chips.
Make a relish dish of diced cherry tomatoes, green onions, red onions (and anything else you might want to add to it, chopped lettuce, black olives, whatever)
Use your imagination as to how you want to serve this delicious meal.
- Put each recipe in a separate decorative bowl and set the table so your dinner guest can make their own nachos.
- Create
it like a pyramid, stacking a dollop of each recipe on top of a pile of chips (see picture to the right)
- You can spread out a layer of chips on a plate, and dollop a
very small spoonful of each recipe on each chip, creating individual nachos.
However you eat Rawchos, have fun - this is the closest to Mexican you'll get!
** There's also a recipe in Juliano's RAW book, called Sour Cream #2 that would be delightful as a topper to the Rawchos.
