1 young Thai coconut (meat and milk)
2 frozen bananas
2 Tbl carob powder
1 Tbl maple syrup
3/4 c. almond milk 
2 dates (optional)

Blend in blender or Vita-Mix until smooth and creamy, JUST like a milkshake.

Comments: Michelle says: If you don't have almond milk, use 1 Tbl almond butter and add additional pure water if needed. Also, maple syrup is not raw, so Michelle suggests honey instead. This is the BEST milkshake ever!
