15 cherry tomatoes
4 baby carrots (or two full-size carrots)
1 green onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. olive oil
2 T. Tamari Soy Sauce
oregano, salt & pepper to taste
Perfect on Zucchini Spaghetti. Add Parmesan Cheese and parsley to top.
