Spiced Cranberry Sauce

2 cups cranberries
1 orange, juiced
1 orange, cut into pieces
peel from 1/4 of an orange, finely grated.
3-4 tbsp. raw honey or raisin syrup
allspice to taste

1) Put all ingredients into a food processor and process to a sauce consistency.

Yield: approx. 1 pint.
