2 c. sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
1 c. walnuts (soaked overnight)
1 c. fresh parsley
2 green onions (chopped)
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbl Nama Shoyu
juice of 1 lemon
1 celery spear
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
Process all ingredients in food processor until blended, but still has crunchy texture. Enjoy on Mexi-Chips, Corn Tortillraws, or celery sticks!
