MAKE  a basic seed and nut pate by homogenizing 2 cups of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of almonds, and 1/4 cups of brown sesame seeds that have been soaked overnight.

GRATE (or chop) 1/2 cup each of carrots, parsley, shallots, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and 1/4 cup of dulse. Mix all ingredients together very well with a fork or with your hands, and form into a loaf dish. Serve immediately, or if you want a dryer texture dehydrate loaf.
