Ingredients:![]() 3 apples of your choice 4-6 frozen strawberries 1 1/2 frozen bananas 10-12 ice cubes 1/2 c. water | |

![]() 3.) Use plunger to feed the apples through until you have used up all the apple pieces and have fresh-squeezed apple juice. | |
