This is a simple recipe that is quick to make, can be eaten in a variety of ways, and tastes great.
- 2 cup almonds (soaked 12-48 hours and blanched)
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Celtic salt
- 1-2 tsp Kelp powder
- Process almonds in a juicer using the solid plate.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
