Recipe: Crab Delight

Crab delight

This is a simple recipe that is quick to make, can be eaten in a variety of ways, and tastes great.


  • 2 cup almonds (soaked 12-48 hours and blanched)
  • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Celtic salt
  • 1-2 tsp Kelp powder


  1. Process almonds in a juicer using the solid plate.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Simple right?! Try it wrapped in lettuce! Enjoy!
